Established in 2003, Compass Reward Consulting is a Reading based firm serving clients throughout the UK. Our clients range from small growing businesses to large multinational household names.
Our senior reward consultant is Chris Bolan, who has many years of experience in reward planning and design. His track record includes carrying out successful projects for some of the UK's leading organisations. Chris is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. Prior to establishing Compass Reward Consulting, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he ran the reward consultancy practice for the Thames Valley and also worked closely with the reward team in London.
During his time with Compass, he has carried out a wide range of consultancy projects and also undertaken longer term in-house roles such as Head of Reward roles. He has regularly provided technical support and contributed to articles and technical documents for organisations including the CIPD and Employee Benefits magazine.
